STC-Series-Alternator

The STC series generators is to be used in town, countryside, work sites, mountain districts and pasture lands as an electric power source for lighting purpose. It can also be used as a standby power source for emergent case.The generator is of disproof with rotary field type and adopts harmonic excitation system that will be easy to operate and simple to maintain.

ST-Series-Alternator

series generators are mainly designed to serve as power generating unit of small capacity, which supply electricity for lighting purpose in ships,for house-hold electric devices used in towns or villages.
This series generators are of drip-proof,salient pole rotating field,self excitation and constant voltage type.
The alternator is adopted with high quality electric magnetic and electrical materials.Stator insulation is class B.
These generators are elegant in appearance,tight in construction and easy maintenance.
IEC standard are adopted on dimension,these dimensions are suitable for using in Australia,Europe,America
and other countries with the end covers to be model B.
The alternators are of harmonic wave self-excitation constant voltage system and automatic voltage control system, both of them have excellent dynamic performance,convenient and reliable in operation.

TFW2-Series-Alternator

TFW2 series three-phase brushless excitation synchronous generators by introducing and developing on foreign advanced technology of well-known generators, are our newly developed products, The generator set by coupling  the generators with engine are mainly designed to serve as power generating unit in national defence , post and telecommunications, hospital, hotel, market and factory as electric appliances or standby power. The generators are made as per standard JB/T3320.2-2000 and in conformity to IEC34-1. Being tested by national authority department,the generator’s performance achieves advanced international level .The characteristic of generators see
as the followings:

1. Blushless, self-excited, insulation class H with high temperature 180℃, so can reliablly run in bad conditions .

2. Steel welding frame, casting end bracket, the generators have two constrution of two-bearing and single-bearing;

3. Stator winding’s pitch is 2/3, the output voltage wave is excellent;

4. Fine dynamic characteristics when load or unload suddenly;

5. Generally the generators are two-bearing construction, also can produce for single-bearing construction;

6. TIF<50, THF<2%, the generators with high quality of AVR have excellent properties;
7. 12 leads are suit for different connections, generally the output voltages have: 400V/200V—50Hz and 480V/240V—60Hz;

8. The units can run at 50Hz and 60Hz;

9. The units can run at single phase by changing the output connections, but the power at single phase only is about 60% of three-phase’s power;

10. Standard drip-proof type is IP21, if our customer requires that IP22 or IP23 are also produced; But the power will be reduced for 5% at IP23;

TZH-Series-Alternator

TZH series generators have five advantages comparing with STC series generators.
Compound excitation, simple circuit, high reliability, easy maintenance. Excellent dynamic characteristics,
when load or unload suddenly, the circuit’s light will not twinkle. Strong starting system, even if the motors of its 70%
capacity volume they can be directly started and the switch will not trip. Approaching sine voltage wave and regulated
power supply, output voltage can be safely used on computers. The deviation of the 3-phase line voltage will be
less than 3% when the generators undertake unbalanced loading.

SDC-Series-Alternator

SD/SDC Series Generating-welding set is best driven by an internal combustion engine.
They thus form a mobile or stationary power supplying unit which is suited to be used in towns, countrysides, forests,
construction sites or on boats for lighting, household appliance, power tools and welding,etc.This machine can serve for
either power generating or electric welding individually, and for both welding and a small scale illumination simultaneously.
